When will my order ship?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information once completed. You will receive a tracking number from us in your confirmation email.

Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days.

What is your return policy?

We're confident you will love your Bolo Baby Tie products, but if for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, email us at bolobabytie@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving it for a refund.

Items are only eligible if they are unused and in the same condition they were received-including all of the original packaging. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, with the exception of defective or incorrect items. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect items for any defects before wear or use.

If items shipped back to us do not meet our eligibility requirements and we cannot process the return/exchange, Bolo Baby Tie will not be responsible for shipping costs to return item(s) to the buyer. 

Be sure not to open your packages with any sharp tools as we cannot offer returns/exchanges to damaged products.

What comes in the clip-on bolo kit?

We've spent a lot of time creating the perfect bolo clip-on hardware for your precious littles! The clip-on kit includes: Clip-on bolo hardware, bolo cord, 2 bolo tips, measuring tape, and super glue. Instructions are found on our website under the clip-on bolo kit instructions tab. The kit is perfect to gift when the size you need is unknown.
